Gymnastics classes in a fun and focused atmosphere. These classes are designed to introduce our new gymnasts (and those only wishing to do recreational classes) to the basics and beyond on all Olympic Events.
Events include: Vault, bars, beam, floor and trampolines. This program provides specific drills and progressions that will provide success and pride to all participants!
Multiple classes not only help to keep your daughter regime, but also provide a steadfast progression of strength and skills. We offer discounts on multiple classes! Contact us for more information!
